Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence and Large Language Models to assist in generating resume content. While we strive for high quality, ResuCraft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the generated content.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation. It is your sole responsibility to review, edit, and verify all information on your resume before submitting it to potential employers. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your job applications.

Certain features of ResuCraft are offered on a subscription or one-time payment basis ("Premium Services"). By choosing to purchase Premium Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

• All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our documented refund policy.

The ResuCraft platform, including its original content, features, functionality, design templates, and algorithms, are owned by ResuCraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the resumes generated through the platform for your personal career advancement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform's core software or design templates without our express written permission.

In no event shall ResuCraft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated resume text.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
